Leading aircraft charter specialist, Air Charter Service, has expanded its operations in the north of the UK, to capitalise on the growth of its business from its Manchester office.
Alex Sadat Shafai, CEO of ACS Manchester, said of the move: “We opened up in the north-west in 2024, to further expand our client base in the thriving technology, sports and music markets in the region, and in those two years, we have already outgrown our old space. These new premises give us almost double the floorspace of the old operation, meaning we can push on from our impressive first couple of years.
“Manchester itself is a renowned technology and creative hub and is one of the fastest-growing cities in the North of England, with a strong economy. The city is also an extremely busy sporting region with football and cricket grounds, as well as the Grand National at Aintree, all nearby. There are six current Premier League football teams within a 40-mile radius of the city, as well as many other large lower league teams. We are already a leader in aircraft charters for the sporting industry – we have arranged more than 2,000 contracts in the past five years, and the office has helped to increase our business even further in the UK since it opened.
“The team and I are excited to be moving into the new office and looking forward to expanding further. We offer helicopter, private jet and commercial airliners, continuing to support our customers in the region as well as flights visiting the Manchester area.”
